She walked us through the process of showing the condo and pricing it correctly in a competitive market. Knowledgeable, Professional, Conscientious, Honest, and Dedicated, that’s how we would describe Christine Hamilton. We first met Christine over a year at an open house when we weren’t even in the market to buy. Yet, she spent the time to educate on the different Active Adult communities and show us around. Our first impression of her was that she is competent and confident in what she does and so knowledgeable about Sun City Lincoln Hills. Her experience as a veteran Realtor was obvious as she negotiated a great deal for us and handled all the inspections and paperwork with ease. We highly recommend her!

I am more than pleased with the service that Christine Hamilton provided for me in the sale of my condo on Maui in May 2023. Christine is extremely professional and experienced. She is also thoughtful of the emotional needs of her clients whether as a seller or a buyer. Christine knows what she is doing and I greatly respect her skills.I was a real estate agent in Seattle. I have bought and sold a number of homes in different states. After I met Christine on Maui I spent quite a bit of time driving around with her during her own search for property. Her knowledge and ability to communicate with building professionals and clients on both sides of a home transaction are the best that I have encountered. Christine is Great! When she met us she asked all the right questions to figure out what we were looking for in a home in Sun City Roseville. She was not out “assigned” relocation agent but after spending time with others, we begged her to help us find a home. She came through with the perfect house only a day before our 10 house hunting trip ended. She is personable, friendly and made us feel at ease. What a great professional. Christine took on our challenges and made it seem easy. She is super knowledgeable about the area we were interested in and made the task easier. My wife and I and the fortuitous opportunity to work with Christine when purchasing our first home as a couple. We initially met Christine at an open house and the first impression she gave immediately generated our trust. She not only was cordial and professional, but she also illustrated extensive knowledge of the Rocklin and Roseville area. As we got to know her throughout our home purchasing process Christine also displayed extensive knowledge and a true passion for the home building process from builder history, building materials, to the layout of communities. My wife had a lot of specifics she wanted in our home and Christine displayed a meticulous aptitude for detail from floor plans, to window quality, fixture quality, flooring quality, and even aesthetic touches that add so much to a home. In addition to the expertise she brought to the table with the characteristics of homes, she also brought extensive knowledge of schools systems, energy costs, water treatment, and knowledge of a person who has loves the Rocklin and Roseville area. Finally, we loved the way Christine was transparent about everything that was needed. She pushed for all the proper paperwork, and inspections to be performed, and she executed them all quickly and perfectly. It’s been said you can always find three things to say about someone or something. Limiting myself to writing only three things about Christine Hamilton was difficult, but here goes. Christine is efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. We were fortunate enough to have her as our agent both as a buyer and a seller. She helped us navigate the entire buying experience in record time without a single hiccup. She was readily available, always answering our calls and texts immediately. I can’t even fathom how many contacts are in her address book. All I know is whatever I needed done, she knew who I could call. Moreover, whenever I told the contact that Christine gave me their name, I generally got same day or next day service.
Christine also served us well with selling our house. She went over and above what could be expected of an agent. She managed to get an inspection scheduled and completed on the same day and in a record four hours. She picked up magnolia leaves in our front yard while waiting for the pest inspector to finish. Who does that? Christine knows how to be a professional while still being approachable. She listened to us and anticipated our every need. She knew when the stress was getting to us and on several occasions, sent me a song or some lyrics that made me relax and sometimes just laugh out loud.
Who wants to stay in touch with their agent once the sold sign goes up on their house? I do!

Christine was personally and intimately involved in every step of the sales process. The home was in great condition but had not been refreshed so she directed us on the things to do and how to do them economically to make a dramatic impact.In the end we asked top dollar for the property, and received multiple offers all for more than our asking price!! Her referrals were amazing, timely and very reasonable. She also went above and beyond helping with shopping for the best selection choices, purchasing items and doing a lot of work herself.

Christine did an amazing job in helping my find and close the deal on the perfect home for my family! Christine displayed exceptional professionalism every step of the way. Her knowledge of the Rocklin/Roseville neighborhoods is impressive and she is always up to date on available homes and which homes were worth taking the time to look at. Her communication with my was always timely and thorough, I never had to wait for a call back or a text. Christine is exceptionally capable during the buying process. After helping me find a home in the perfect neighborhood with all the features I wanted and in my price range, she negotiated on my behalf in a very professional and effective manner which made my transaction flow as smoothly as possible. I made a fair offer on a very desirable 1-story home near schools in a good neighborhood and had to compete with other offers. Christine represented me flawlessly and made sure the seller chose my offer over others, even though I suspect my offer wasn't for the most money. Christine went the extra mile to ensure my deal was completed and I could move in on time. I used a CalVet loan, making my transaction a little unusual, but she handled it well and made sure everything was completed on time. She handled my inspections using very reliable and reputable contractors and made sure I knew the condition of my home exactly. No surprises. Overall I can't say enough about how pleased I am with my new home and all that Christine did to make it happen. I am a very satisfied customer. I recommend Christine to everyone I meet who is looking to buy or sell their home. She truly is exceptional!
